The villa has easily controlled AC with a central system...and the gamesroom with an AC unit that can be used by setting on the timer
All doors need to be kept firmly shut to enable the AC to function and cool the house for your comfort
There is an AC control (next to the family bathroom) which should not be set to below 76..as lower temperatures may cause the system to struggle and even freeze..this can cause flooding and a complete malfunction of the system, leaving you extremely warm indeed!
Any problems or discomfort please contact the manager who lives on site
The controls can also be set for heat should you need around the xmas months !

We now have new double glazed UPVC sliders all across the back of the property!!!
Easy to open, slide, and lock, with modern handles, they replace the original cumbersome metal framed sliders..fiddly to lock and open and hard to slide across easily...
The double glazing is great for heat and SOUND insulation.
They have a double lock so please use both when you leave the house..and both is handy to use if you have youngsters around who might want to access the pool without your attendance !

Say good bye to annoying vertical blinds...difficult to open and shut easily...easy to stick or break completely!
We now have custom made pelmets and curtains...
Curtains only need to be drawn for privacy when lights are on....the windows have tinting which is reflective from the outside looking in, so you cannot be seen from without while you are inside!
