You can pay via a personal cheque to me, or bank transfer....£100/$150 per week booking deposit will secure your dates The balance is payable 8 weeks before your villa stay begins...and you will receive all the details you need to access the villa upon receipt of this final payment...all taxes and final clean are included in the prices At this point a security deposit is required to cover any breakages which may occur...this can be in the form of a cheque for £250/$350, which I will hold for you until the villa is checked following your departure Alternatively, you can pay a breakage waiver..which is a one off payment of £40 or $50
If you would like to use your credit card to pay we can process this thru my booking co villarenters..they will handle everything for you, including the accidental damage options. This will guarantee your villa stay...but will involve a credit card charge ,and a 25% booking deposit .

Various discounts may be available..5% for last minute bookings! There is also a £100 reduction for stays of 3 weeks....10% for stays of one month or more We have now decided to prefer to take bookings only when flights are securely booked...that way dates are securely set However we will take an earlier reservation , but beware we can jiggle your flight dates by a day or 2 where possible...but should you need to move the entire booking to a different set of dates altogether, we will have to keep the reservation booking fee
We have had to raise our prices in £ due to the low exchange rates as a guide to this..please find rates per week November to March..£650 April - June £700 July - August £800 September - October £700 Christmas and Easter..2+ week bookings only £800 Repeat guests will enjoy 10% repeat guest discount! We value our repeat guests, and are pleased they enjoy the villa and SSL as much as we do !
Stays of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning charge £60/$80..otherwise all taxes and end of stay cleans are included in the prices Pool heat is available for £100/$150per week...recommended for October- thru April depending on personal heat preference
