You might like to get an indication by hovering your mouse over the dates on the calendar
You will find my quote for you is lower because the calendar reflects the prices for villarenter customers (I pay a commision to them and you will gain a benefit by booking privately with me)
If your dates are too far ahead to reserve a flight we can keep a small flexibility on your actual dates for you until flights are booked
Year or more early booking will benefit you with a 5% disount!

How can I book and pay?
If you wish to pay by personal cheque
Please contact me...you can use the contact on here, or email sunsetvilla.aurora.co.uk
I will then send you, via email, a set of terms and conditions,and a booking form
Fill in the form with all guest names,ages where appropriate,dates and agreed payment details
When you sign you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
Return to me with a booking deposit of £100 per week to reserve your dates
I will send you a booking deposit receipt...and your dates are reserved!
You will then need to send the final balance 8 weeks before your dates you ca
I will then email the villa information details to you, with directions to the villa and all the access codes you need, and send you a final balance receipt via post
Similarly you can pay by bank transfer..download the form, fill in and sign and scan back to me. Contact me for bank transfer details!

If you wish to pay using your card
We can use my booking co. villa rentals
(They are owned by the Daily Mail groups and very safe)
Get your quote from me, and then access the site from my calendar page...complete dates and party members ...press continue
You will receive a price and a breakdown ..if this is higher then I have quoted, I can adjust it from my console...and then you get a new payment plan before you confirm...but you will have to pay the card charges as you would with paypal etc
Card use benefits include a guarantee for your villa stay with your card payment
The villarenter site is set up to send you a reminder at the time to pay your balance
They will then send you all the access details you need and directions to the villa
I will also keep in contact with you prior, and thruout, your stay
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is left to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your villa stay
I will take a cheque for £250, from you, to hold, and then return to you after your stay, when all the monthly bills and the maids reports have been received.....should negligent damage occur we may need to take a payment from the deposit ( In 10 years of rentals,I have actually never had to do this! ......amazing renters!)
There is an alternative cover ,which is a non refundable waiver damage one off payment
If you are dealing with me privately I can obtain this for you via my management co. for £35
If you choose to use the villa renters, they can also offer this as an insurance for around £30
At the Villa?
Q?...is there internet access at the villa?
A...there is a modem you can plug into with a ethernet connection or use the WIFI
You will need to bring your own laptop/ipad
Q?...What do I need to bring?
A.... Just yourselves and your favourite clothes!
You do not need to fill your suitcase with extra clothes since there is easy and adequate washing facilites.....save the space for your US shopping!
There is also hairdyers in everybathroom..and 2 pairs of hair straighteners ...do not bring your own they will not work with the US electric system!!!!
Luxury pool towels are also provided ..so more space in the case!
Q?...what will I need to buy when there ?
A..this is a selfcatering holiday...so you will need to shop for washing powders/dish washer tabs/ shampoos/toilet rolls/drinks/snacks/food stuffs you require
Also there will be one toilet roll per bathroom, guest handsoaps and a dishwasher tablet...just to get you started
Q?..what's with American toilets?
A...US toilets have a smaller bore waste pipe so no extras down there please!
Also best to use the US toilet rolls..do not take your own! ..they are not US happy !
If you do suffer a blockage you can try to free it yourself! there is a plunger!
A call out to the management may be chargeable
Q?..are there fire alarms at the villa?
A..There are fire alarms positioned around the villa in the ceilings
The MC will check them regularly...and replace batteries...
Should they start to make an annoying bleep..please contact the management, batteries may need further replacement
There is also a fire extingisher...which has a regular yearly check ...as by Florida law
Q?...will I tan thru the pool cage screen?
A..Yes! ..and you will need suntan cream if it is hot summer weather ..waterproof if you intend to swim..please take especial care if you have young children in your party
The screen is there to give you a bug free environment to enjoy eating and relaxing...
(please take extra care when clearing up after food or snacks...ants will get in anywhere!)
Please take care if you sit on the villa indoor furniture...and with suntan cream still on! most people have a swim first so it is not so much of a problem...we advise you use one of the luxury towels when you use the pool furniture..it is however quite resintant to sun tan cream ..the cushions will also dry off quickly in the sun should it shower..beware tho, you may sit on a damp chair after an overnight shower...when the sun has not had time to do the drying!
Another good reason to use the towels on the loungers, even if not swimming, is buckles on shoes, belts can catch the fabric...please take care!
Q?.....how should I deal with an accidental stain ?
A.....good question !
The new sofas have been treated with a stain repellent...so merely blotting with a clean paper towel should do the job...
the repellent should repel the stain making it easy to mop...if necessary use only clean water ...no sprays and no rubbing ..it will destroy the surface..paper towels or microfibre cloth can be carefully used
Should you have a real problem ..(.biro ..help!) or something that will not go ...please contact the management company immediately ...
If you do accidentally cause a stain on the carpet or other upholstery..easily done ...we have left a hand held carpet shampoo spray for you in the cupboard above the laundry area drier, right hand cupboard. if you are still worried please contact the management...they would rather be informed than find later!
Q?.....is the villa bug free?
A..Yes ! as well as it can be ...a pest control team come around and spray regularly!
Should there be a problem please call the management and they will come out and respray
During especially hot and humid weather there can sometimes be a slight problem with tiny tiny deceased bugs appearing on your skirting board...this is because the spray is working!!
Love bugs...theses may appear in May and September....only a problem if you leave the front door open while you bring the shopping in ...they will follow...they are not harmful in any way, just a nuisance especially if squashed all over on your windscreen...
(they fly joined together the larger female dragging the male behind her attached !...hence the name)!!!
Q?..What if there is a hurricane?
A....Well very unlikely...most hurricanes blow themselves out as they reach land ...so generally only hit coastal areas...in 17 years of owning the villa only two have effected Sunset Lakes !
The MC came out and put the pool furniture in the pool! (most damage is caused by flying debris)....by 12.00 the guests noticed the parks were shut and shops closed and shuttered .Luckily they had food in and a supply of tinned food......they sat back to watch.....by 10pm the light went out as the electric connection was lost and the emergency light came on in the lounge...with no TV, they decided to retire to bed with the aid of torches..when they woke up in the morning ...everything was back to normal!
So just make sure you have a supply of food in and a torch to hand, should there be a hurricane warning!
Q?....I have booked and paid for pool heat but the weather is too cold for me to want swim...so?
A...On occasion the temperatures may drop too low for you to want to swim...December January have recently been known to bring some unusual weather conditions caused by the arctic vortex effecting all America.. and Florida less so, but with a dip in temperatures .
The state of the art pool heater and the aspect of the pool mean the pool will still be warm enough to swim
However you may feel chilly in swimwear out on the deck and feel swimming is not for you
Should this be the case , please contact the manager and he will advise as to whether the conditions are expected to improve.
They usually do not last for long
If however you do decide to have the pool heat turned off we will refund your payment..but please note the heat cannot be turned on and off, and then on again ..it does not work like that ..the pool takes at least a day to warm to maximum temperature! the manager will advise!
Q?.... How can I be sure the villa is properly registered and licensed for paying sales and tourist tax?
A...Sales and tourist tax is currently 13 % in Osceola county....this tax is charged on all rental payments including the pool heat charge...and included in your payments to me at all times
